When the light goes off it is safe to start the engine, you will only see this warning lamp in a diesel engine, and is used to prevent damage from starting a cold engine.

Audi A7 (P) or parking warning light - the parking symbol lamp will illuminate when the handbrake is engaged and then will turn off when the handbrake is no longer engaged.

Audi A7 coolant warning light - the coolant symbol lamp will illuminate if there is an issue or fault with the cooling system. You should check your coolant level as soon as possible and not drive any further. Top up your coolant level if you need to, while checking for leaks at the same time. If the correct coolant is not circulating the engine it will damage it possibly beyond repair.

Audi A7 brake warning light - the (!) brake symbol lamp will illuminate if the ECU has detected a fault in the braking system. You should check your brake fluid levels first of all then top up if required.
