For UK orders, it generally takes 1-2 working days for delivery, however on some occasions (for example public holiday's or weekends) it might take an extra day. We find that if customers contact us after 1 or 2 working days chasing up their order, it will arrive the day after so we appreciate your patience if this occurs. Please do not chase up your order unless you have waited over 3 working days.
Orders from Europe generally takes 3-5 working days, but again on the odd occasion it might take a day or two extra so please allow for this before chasing up your order.

When you place an order with Diagnostic World, you should recieve a payment confirmation email (from Worldpay) and an order confirmation (from Diagnostic World). Sometimes the order confirmation email can work it's way into your spam/junk email folder so please check this folder before contacting us, 99% of the time the email will be there.
At Diagnostic World, we no longer send out order dispatch emails. We do send all orders on the same day of purchase, or the very next working day if the order is placed in the evening/night time. So if your order has been placed, there is no need to chase it up. You will receive your order very soon.
