Warranty
Diagnostic World will offer a 1 year warranty on diagnostic tools. This means that if your item was working fine when you first received it, and then stopped working you are entitled to a repair or failing that a replacement item.
Delivery
Diagnostic World is happy to offer all UK customers FREE DELIVERY. However there is a fixed rate delivery charge of £15 on all orders outside fo the UK but inside Europe, and a delivery charge of £25 for orders outside of Europe.
Once items are ordered they will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 48 hours - and if there's a delay we will let you know.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you place your order before 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) we can have your order delivered on the next working day (Saturday is included as a working day) but you must select the £9 NEXT DAY DELIVERY option at the checkout. This service will not always be available, but if you are able to select this option at the checkout then the service is currently available.

Returns
If you are returning an item for a refund you will be responsible for any costs associated.
If you buy the item in error, or change your mind, you will need to return the item and will incur a 10% restocking fee. For example, you buy an item for £50, your total refund would be £45) This is to cover our initial postage costs, reboxing & renewing parts and restocking the item.
For International returns (outside of the UK) the original shipping fee is non refundable.
We CANNOT refund or accept a return of a diagnostic tool that has been registered or updated online by the user. This is because the kit is now classed as used & second hand, and would not be returned in original condition.
