OBDII FUNCTION

3. I/M Readiness -- I/M Readiness indicate whether or not the various emissions-related systems on the vehicle are operating properly and are ready for Inspection and Maintenance testing.
4. DataStream
5. Freeze Frame -- When an emission-related fault occurs, certain vehicle conditions are recorded by the on-board computer. This information is referred to as freeze frame data. Freeze Data is a snapshot of the operating conditions at the time of an emission-related fault.
6. O2 Sensor Test -- This option allows retrieval and viewing of O2 sensor test results for most recently performed tests from the vehicle's on-board computer.
7. On-Board Monitoring -- This function can be utilized to read the results of on-board diagnostic monitoring tests for specific components/systems.
8. Evap System Test -- The EVAP test function lets you initiate a leak test for the vehicle's EVAP system. Before using the system test function, refer to the vehicle's service repair manual to determine the procedures necessary to stop the test.
9. Vehicle Information -- The option displays the vehicle identification number (VIN),the calibration verification number (CVN), and other information of the test vehicle.

Q. Will this kit allow me to find out why my check engine light is illuminated?
A. Yes, the kit will let you read fault codes & will give you a description of the fault. It will also let you erase the fault codes and the check engine warning light.

Q. Will this kit allow me to find out why my SRS airbag warning light is illuminated?
A. Yes, the kit will let you read & clear the airbag fault codes and remove the SRS airbag warning light.

Q. Will this kit allow me to find out why my ABS, brake & traction control warning lights are illuminated?
A. Yes, this kit will let you read fault codes for the braking system. It will give you a unique fault code relating to a specific part of the abs system, for example 'rear left abs sensor' The kit will also allow you to erase the fault codes and dash warning lights.

I bought this for my BMW 3 series (e90) to diagnose an ABS/DSC warning light combo. The tool allowed me to diagnose a faulty rear right ABS sensor. I installed the new sensor, erased the codes and the warning lights have now turned off. We also have a Ford Focus in the family so I will be able to use this on that car also should the need arise. We were able to diagnose a faulty airbag connection & warning light on our Volvo C30, and also a check engine light on my cousins Mercedes E Class. It's pretty easy to use - just follow the menu system and you can't go wrong really. A worthy investment as I dread to think how much these jobs would have cost at the local garage here in Sheffield.

Worked perfectly for our Mazda 6 to diagnose a check engine light. it turned out to be ignition coils so we replaced them with the help of a friend and now the car runs smooth and we erased the check engine light. Pretty neat kit with bags of potential.

Thank you so much. I needed this tool for my Citroen C3 because my MOT is due and it would have failed with the ABS warning light on the dash. I managed to replace a sensor and turn off the light with this. We also have a Volvo, Fiat & Nissan in the family so this tool will see plenty of use & hopefully save us a lot of money.

I have used Diagnostic World a couple of times now. The first order came to us next day but I am not sure what happened here because it took 4 days to arrive. The tool itself works well and have diagnosed a Mercedes & Audi so thanks for that. Only 4 stars because of the late delivery and I needed this fast.

An absolute peach of a tool this. We have a Renault, a Vauxhall and a Hyundai in the family and was advised by Alistair at Diagnostic World to go for the CR Plus kit as it covers a wide range of cars for the main systems and he was not wrong. I have conected this up to all 3 cars, and it connects to them all allowing me to diagnose & communicate with all systems like the engine, abs, airbags, transmission & even do oil service message resets. Really pleased with the kit and I would recommend this to anybody.
