We had a request from a customer who wanted to diagnose & reset the airbag system after the warning light came on during a battery change. His question was as follows
I have a Porsche 2011 997.2 and recently replaced the battery and now the airbag light is remaining on. Will the POR V1.0 kit allow me to turn off the airbag light and is it simple enough to use/reset?
The POR V1.0 (as shown below and what the customer bought) will allow the user to diagnose & turn off the airbag light in his Porsche 911 997. It will show the user unique Porsche fault codes, and also a description of the fault.
It also serves as a health check tool, allowing the user to diagnose all systems within the vehicle (like engine, abs, airbags, transmission etc) and also carry out an oil service reset.
